Now Accepting Requests for Proposals

Ten years have passed since the Town's current Comprehensive Plan, which means it is time to complete an update! To that end, Town has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for update do our current Comprehensive Plan by an independent contractor.

Once a consultant has been selected to lead the update process, we will begin actively soliciting the community to provide feedback. If you want to share any initial thoughts or comments about your vision for Nederland's future beforehand, we'd love to hear from you! Leave your comments on this page, and they will be shared with the consultant that is chosen by the Town.
